Synopsis

It's World War II, and the Flying Hellfish has completed a flight mission. They are on their way back to base, when Abe sees a Gremlin destroying the left wing of his plane. Abe tells the Gremlin the wing is his, and the Gremlin stops destroying it and begins to destroy the right wing instead. Abe walks out of the cockpit and is about to start a fight with the Gremlin, who moves to the cockpit and starts flying the plane. The Gremlin, thinking that Abe has fallen to the ground, begins to celebrate, until he discovers that Abe survived and is strangled by him. They are soon shot at, and discover it is Mr. Burns, who tells Abe that he is shooting the plane down to get money. Abe and the Gremlin are going to have revenge on Burns. Before the aircraft is shot down promises Burns to Grampa at he can have a last wishes, he must buys a War Bonds with his life savings, which he throws to him. When Burns opens the bag with the money is the Gremlin in the bag and begins to destroy Burns plane which crashes in a cottage at the Smithers family. Grampa completes the story to Lisa and Maggie and says he came back safely and they won the war. Lisa does not believe the story, but Maggie does. Lisa asked Grampa if he saw the Gremlin again and he says he did, looking out the window where Bart removes part from Homer's car.
