Synopsis
In Milhouse's fantasy, wedgies become his path to untold riches, but he still can't get the girl.

Nelson gives a wedgie to
Milhouse and hangs him in a tree.
Bart passes by and helps him down after Milhouse gives him a free wedgie card, which means the next time a bully wants to wedgie Bart, Milhouse will stand-in. Milhouse walks by
Lisa's and
Alex Whitney's lemonade stand, and comes up with an idea how he could be Lisa boyfriend by the year 2024. He is in his room and writes down a business plan whereby he will make money by producing "wedgie shields", to be worn under the underpants, which make getting wedgies less painful and more tolerable for the victim(s). He makes a significant profit. By the time he has 33,000,000 customers, he is famous and can finally go on a date with Lisa, but lies about the nature of his company. He tells Lisa it is a surgical service for heart patients. While on the date she learns the truth when a bully wants to wedgie Milhouse, and one of his underlings takes Milhouse's place. Lisa leaves Milhouse, who had been sleeping, wakes up from his dream, realizes he shouldn't exploit others but still thinks the wedgie shield is a good idea.
