Sam owns the place and he marinated corn their for days in a mixture of corn squeezin's, possum squeezin's, an butter. The first episode of Man vs. Beast vs. Food was recording at Sam's Smoke Shack where Aporkalypse compete in an eating barbecued corn contest against Homer. Homer won the contest.
