Cough gags

I checked before hand on other episode reference sections for stuff about couch gags and barely ever noted in them and this is more unique circumstance where the couch gag has its own page just to itself with a reference section all its own. Maybe adding a "See also" link since just seems redundant to have the same information twice. Also this couch gag was first used in this episode, but this episode is not the only time it was used so even more redundant to have the same information three or more times.
