When Mr. Burns told Waylon Smithers at he want to sue the director of the film Something Wicked this Way Burns answer Smithers him at he sadly died making his next film Krusty-Size Me, he decied to eat nothing but extra-large Krusty meals for a month and document his health so he died of a heart attack, stroke, and morbied obesity after the first day. Burns wanted then sue his ghost but Smither remember then him what happened when he tried that with Mother Teresa.
