Cypress Creek is a utopian town seen in "You Only Move Twice", a season eight episode. It is a company town where employees of Globex Corporation live. The Simpson family moved there when Homer was offered a job at Globex Corporation. After realizing his family is unhappy living in Cypress Creek (never noticing his boss was an evil genius, despite increasingly obvious evidence factors), Homer quits his job and they move back to Springfield.
