Sleepless in Springfield is a Bart Simpson story that appears in Bart Simpson #59.It has since been reprinted in Bart Simpson Blastoff.
Plot
Bart cannot sleep, and after a while he gives up and watches TV. Maggie comes to him and he starts to read to her out of a manual from Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.
