Triangle Wars is an arcade game, seen in Captain Blip's Zapateria the arcade at the Springfield Mall, and also at Noiseland Arcade.

History

Triangle Wars is an arcade game where the player controls a small, gray ship and attempts to blast triangles of various colors and sizes. Bart found the game in an old arcade at Springfield Mall. Bart tried to play the game, but because he couldn't figure out what to do he quickly became frustrated with the game, groaning when he noticed he won a free game.

Behind the Laughter

  • Triangle Wars is a parody of the original Asteroids arcade game, in which the player controlled a triangle shaped ship while blasting asteroids.
  • The name might also be a reference to the game Geometry Wars.
