Plot
Mr. Burns tells Waylon Smithers about his relative, Captain Blackburns, the pirate. He telling him at every women adored him and men envied him. He hid his pirate treasure in his trousers. One day when he was on the deck was one of this incpmpetence first mate swabbing the deck. Blackbruns plummeted over board by the slippering deck and sank to his doom.
