Jim Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor born in Ohio. He appeared in the episode "Saddlesore Galactica" as Duncan, the racehorse that the Simpson family owned.

He is best known as the current voice for Winnie-the-Pooh. He has also been voicing Tigger since the retirement of Paul Winchell, who eventally passed away in 2005.
