Chintzy Pop is a legal, yet vastly inferior brand of popcorn. Many of the kernels in the product are actually baby teeth. According to Kwik-E-Mart owner Apu, only two customers ever purchase it, Kirk Vanhouten and Chief Wiggum. It was featured in the episode Pranksta Rap.
