Short Information
|
Eating Dinner (which initially aired in the United States of America on July 12, 1987) is the seventh Simpsons short.
Plot
When attempting to call the family for dinner, Marge gets ticked off, as the family do not arrive. However, upon the threat that anyone who does not arrive goes without dessert, the family quickly scoot to the table. She then points out the family forgot to say grace before eating. Homer conducts grace while Maggie innocuously looks around the room, and Marge comments that the family could do with learning manners. She concedes that dinner should not be eaten in silence and the family recommence communication. The episode ends when Bart turns the television on and they find out, rather morbidly, that a bus crash has killed 43 people.
Trivia
