It turns out that Lisa has been bribed by Bart, he gives her the Limted Edition Malibu Stacy Doll World Leader. After the school, Milhouse tries to make a 900 tail grab with his skateboard but fails, but all students applaud at him. Milhouse sees then that Bart gives money to the children. Bart tell him at he wants to give Milhouse a perfect day so he bribed all school children. Milhouse tells Bart that this was the nicest thing anyone's ever done for him. Bart then asks if he had a Happy Birthday and Milhouse responds at it was the best one ever.
