The Troll Twins of Underbridge Academy is a fantasy book written by Homer Simpson, Bart Simpson, Seymour Skinner, Patty Bouvier, Moe Szyslak and Jonathan Frink, Jr.

History

After hearing about how many people write books to make money, Homer decides to do the same. He enlists the help of Bart, Skinner, Patty, Moe and Professor Frink and they start to write a book. Neil Gaiman also helps out, by making drinks and food etc. They started to come up with ideas and got a basic storyline of an orphan troll who goes to a magical school (the troll idea came from some kids who thought that Moe was a troll). They were going to go with vampires but there were too many vampire books already.

After coming up with the idea for the story, the group got to writing it. They worked long and hard writing it, and Frink made the cover. Once finished, they took it to the Springfield Book Fair and to the TweenLit Inc. publisher where he passed it, as long as they got a fake author with a sob story. The group settled for Lisa after she had failed to write her book.

When Skinner got the advance copy of the book, he opened it to find that it had been totally changed. The book was now entitled The Vampire Twins of Translyvania Prep and the storyline had been changed to allow vampires instead of trolls. Outraged, the group decide to get their original book published instead of the new one.

The group break into TweenLit Inc. World Headquarters and get to the printing floor, only to be stopped by the publisher, saying that Lisa tipped him off. Lisa then swaps flash drives and inserts the Troll Twins book flash drive instead and that prints and is shipped off to book stores. However, the group then discover that there was a third flash drive. This was identical to the Troll Twins book, except Neil Gaiman was credited as the author.
