Synopsis
After Ned chased Homer with a chainsaw, he takes a vacation and go on a cruise. Rod and Todd stays with the Simpson family. On the boat gets Ned good friends with Tracy Wolfcastle but when the boat sinks it is assumed at he and Tracy is dead and Rod and Todd's distant relatives is their new stepparents.
