Description
After a hazardous cloud from the nuclear power plant rises over the town, all the citizens of Springfield are terrified and they move in with Mr. Burns. Homer competes against a Krusty the Clown grill for a barbecue. Also, when Springfield faces its worst financial crisis ever, Mayor Quimby enforces a new law: business have to be open all the time, which sets off a whole load of trouble.
