Susan Blu is a voice actress who has worked on The Jetsons, Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School, Transformers, Smurfs and The Simpsons as well as many more TV shows and films. She worked with Nancy Cartwright prior to the Simpsons debut in 1986, where she was the lead actress in Galaxy High School. Susan has voiced Howard and one of the Weasels in the episodes "Bart the General" and "Moaning Lisa".
