Gerry Cooney (born August 4, 1956) is a retired American heavyweight boxer. He appeared as himself in the episode "$pringfield (Or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Legalized Gambling)". Cooney has a professional boxing of 28 wins, 24 by knockout and 3 defeats. His most famous fight was his defeat to Larry Holmes. He retired in 1990.
