Usage[edit]

Add this template to the top of an article talk page (underneath the {{Talkheader}}) whose topic has passed or failed a nomination for Wikisimpsons' comprehensive article status.

Status[edit]

If the topic passed nomination, place Passed in the |status= parameter. If it did not pass nomination, place Failed.

Note: If an article passed nomination, do not forget to add the {{Icons|CA}} template to its page.

Passed articles[edit]

If the article did pass nomination, list the date in which it was. Do this is in the |passdate= parameter.

When an article has been featured on the front page, give the month and year in which it was in the |featured= parameter.

Nominations[edit]

Each nomination for an article should be recorded under "Milestones". The date in which the article was nominated (this information can be found in the signature of the nominator), the outcome of the nomination (passed or failed), and a link to the article's archived review should be given: |date1=, |result1= and |archive1=, respectively. "1" being the first nomination review process, going up one unit for each one thereafter (i.e. |date2=, |result2=, etc.).

P or F should be placed in the |result parameter, depending on whether or not it was passed or failed, respectively. The number of the archive in which the article's review has been stored should be placed in the |archive parameter.

Note: The template will automatically link to the article's review at the archive, if its section's name matches the article's. If not, then append a |section1= parameter to the template, inputting the name of the section under which the article's review falls.

Pending[edit]

For an article whose nomination is pending, adding the {{Compnom}} template to the top of its page will suffice.
