Brain Drain is a Simpsons Comics story first printed in Simpsons Comics #83.
Plot[edit]
Protests are taking place outside the Power Plant, and Mr. Burns tells Smithers to tell the idiots to think of ideas to improve the plant's safety. Lenny tells Carl and Homer that they should put handles on the side of the reactors so they look like steaming coffee cups. Carl takes advantage, and places a giant cement donut into the middle of Lenny's idea. Homer gets an idea: putting a sign up that says that nuclear power is three times safer, while Smithers fuels up the private jet for Mr. Burns to go to Venezuela.
