Jess Harnell is a comic actor and singer best known as the lead vocalist for Rock Sugar.
- He guest starred as Charlton Heston in "The Parent Rap".
His other famous roles include the voice of Wakko Warner on WB's popular cartoon show, Animaniacs, and the announcer on America's Funniest Home Videos.
