Bright Lights, Beef Jerky is a short film made by Apu and submitted to the Springfield Film Festival in "A Star is Burns".
The film is clearly lifted directly from the Kwik-E-Mart security camera, where Snake points a gun at Apu, who shouts "Help, help! Police!" Wiggum is revealed to be in the same store byt his tie is caught in a hot dog rotating machine. "Oh boy, this is going to get worse before it gets better" he proclaims and the film ends.
