Woo Hoo!
Catchphrase Information
Character: Homer Simpson

Woo hoo is a catch phrase used by Homer Simpson. He uses it when he is happy. In one episode, he is seen going doh! doh! doh! woo-hoo! doh! doh! doh! doh! doh! doh! woo-hoo! when a wheel is spinning round and he says Woo-hoo when it gets to 17, his number. In another, he says it, but when Lisa protests, he says "I said woo hoo," in the same tone.
