Hibbert then does a blood test on Homer but has problems finding a vein so he has to several needles so at in the end looks like he had a little tattoo on his arm. Hibbert tells Homer that the tattoo he wants is 45 times more painful than the blood test was. Homer then has an X-ray and he hopes that something is wrong so he will not have to do it but he also hopes that nothing is wrong because he loves Marge. Lisa then enters the X-ray room and watches the X-ray of Homer. Homer is worried this is a lose-lose situation. After the X-ray is performed, Hibbert takes Lisa away to look at the results of the X-rays.
