You could actually be hanging the "Speedy delete" tag on an innocent party who happened to be so unfortunate as to create an account at the same time as the spammer miscreant scum was at it again. Why the delete?[edit]

- They don't get the "block & delete" treatment until they're actually caught spamming. Simultaneity of account creation isn't sufficient grounds. You could actually be hanging the "Speedy delete" tag on an innocent party who happened to be so unfortunate as to create an account at the same time as the spammer miscreant scum was at it again.
