Mr. Burns Bears it All is a Simpsons Comics One-Shot Wonders story that appears in The Malevolent Mr. Burns 1.
Plot
Waylon Smithers ask Mr. Burns how he got his polar bear. After Smithers placing him as Burns foot stool, he begins to tell a story from 1980s. He was about to kill a small seal to get a pair of leg warmers. Then came an angry polar bear up but he managed to wrestle and kill it. He stuffed it as a symbol of his total domination in the face of danger and he adding at it's true. A picture on the back of the bear is showing where a price tag of $ 3,000,000 is visible.
