Angry Dad: The Movie was nominated for an Oscar in the best short animated film category. Bart and Lisa came to the awards without Homer as Homer took all the credit. After finding out that he had been Oscar blocked, Rolling 80 gives him and Marge a lift to the Academy Awards.
Halle Berry was presenting the award for best short animated film. There were two other contenders for the award, Condiments by Mixar and Willis & Crumble in Better Gnomes and Gardens by Nick Park. Angry Dad: The Movie won and Bart went to claim the award but realized that everyone needed credit. He then cut up the award into bits and gave each bit to a crew member who helped out.[2]
