Simply Unevictable: A Tenant's Guide is a book about how tenants can prevent, or at last delay, being evicted from rental housing.

History

After Ned bought 742 Evergreen Terrace, and the Simspons fell behind on the rent, Homer cited a tip from the book to help them keep the house: specifically, that the "evictee will be granted a stay of eviction if said household includes a resident aged 65 or over".

Behind the Laughter
