Babysitting Maggie (which initially aired in the United States of America on May 31, 1987) is the fourth Simpsons short.
While alone in the house, Bart and Lisa are babysitting their younger sister, when she accidentally electrocutes herself by shoving a fork into an electrical socket.
Bart and Lisa are sitting watching TV, while Maggie is walking up the stairs. A dialogue continues between Bart and Lisa, wondering where Maggie is. Maggie falls down the stairs, and Lisa thinks she hears something, but Bart does not want to know anything of the sort. Maggie watches a butterfly fly out of the window, climbs onto the roof, catches the butterfly and falls.
Lisa, concerned she heard a noise, is threatened by Bart, and Maggie comes out from a bush with a butterfly in her hand. Marge arrives home, unnoticed and Bart berates Maggie for being a baby.
