Siege on Evergreen Terrace is a comic story featured in Simpsons Comics 46. The comic later got reprinted in Simpsons Comics Belly Buster and Simpsons Classics 28.
Plot
A couple of construction workers build a pool at the Simpsons house instead of Flanders and when Homer refuses to correct the mistake they start a war.
