Sir Patrick Hewes Stewart, OBE (born July 13, 1940) is an English actor, best known for his role as Captain Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation and his role as Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men film series. He voiced Number One, leader of the Stonecutters, in the season 6 episode "Homer the Great". His guest appearance as Number One is considered to be one of the best in the show's history.
