Operation Rescue is a video game that was being sold at the Try-N-Save where Bart had attempted to shoplift a Bonestorm game. On the cover of the game is a picture of four people, two men and two women, coming out of a green building. Operation Rescue is a militant anti-abortion organization, and the cover depicts a demonstration where members would link arms to prevent access to a clinic providing legal abortions.
