Ronnie Beck is a three time Soapbox racing champion that Bart idolizes in the episode Saturdays of Thunder. He is mostly just talked about by Bart in the episode, but also makes a brief appearance as the trophy presenter when Bart wins the Springfield soapbox racing championship.
