Cosmo Flagstone is the Farleyboroughs' neighbor. He, along with several other characters, are represented as the show's "good guys". He is a religious, hard-working, conservative man who always outdoes the Farleyboroughs. He seems to get along well with Slade, although he considers Yvonne his worst enemy. He has a thickly Australian accent and his favorite expression is "Crikey!". He has a standard abusive husband/battered wife relationship.

He himself is a neo-Nazi who dosen't like Bob the Jewish Cowboy for being Dejue. He is a registered Republican and therefore left the Roman Catholic church because evereybody there was a liberal hippie. He likes to use the word "Queer" when referring to people he dosen't like. Also has a dislike for Jim, thinking he is gay due to his friendshit with Erwin.
