The Apu in The Jolly Bengali Theme is a theme song originally meant to open the segment of 22 Short Films About Springfield centered around Apu, but was cut for time. The music was written by Alf Clausen and the lyrics by the show's creator Matt Groening. Unlike most deleted songs, this one appears on Go Simpsonic with the Simpsons fully orchestrated and sung by studio singers. It is the second bonus track on the album.

Lyrics

When you need a late-night snack,
A heat lamp dog or a Duff six-pack,
Then pull out your wallet and don't hold back
With Apu Nahasapeemapetilon!
