Benjamin Franklin is a famous inventor who appears in Bart's fantasy in Bart Gets an F. He rushes into Congress, announces that he invented the sled. He and Congress then rush outside for a snow day.

2 years later he and Jimi Hendrix (in Homers dream) are playing Air Hockey.

Then a few years after that he protects God's gate from The Simpson family and calls Lisa a bigger buttkisser than Thomas Jefferson.
