After seeing clips from TV shows, they decided to bring in "blue collar slobs" as astronauts. At that moment, [[Homer]] rang up NASA to complain about boring space launches. Stillwater then decided that their search was over and went to [[Moe's Tavern]].

Homer was offered the chance to apply for a job at the Kevät Kenttä Nuclear Power Plant, which he did via a Zoom video call. He entered the call with Onni Korhonen and another potential candidate, Dr. Spivak. Korhonen asked Dr. Spivak to leave the call while he quickly interviewed Homer, not expecting the interview to last very long.
