Homer is on the roof and trying to fix the TV antenna while Bart controls the remote. Ned tells Homer that he is using his cable and does not need the antenna causing Homer to get mad with Bart, but Lisa gets him to calm down. Bart and Lisa go to the comic book store and passing a TV store where the customers complain about the poor supply.
