Wedgie Issue is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #72.
Synopsis[edit]
In Milhouse's fantasy, wedgies become his path to untold riches, but he still can't get the girl.

Nelson gives Milhouse a wedgie and hangs him in a tree.
