The Coins of Bolivia is a souvenir consisting of framed Bolivian coins.

History[edit]

At some point, aunts Patty and Selma visited Bolivia, where they purchased a collection of framed local coins. They later gave this souvenir to Bart.

Later, at the "Close Encounter of the Comic Book Kind" Convention, Comic Book Guy showed Bart a copy of Radioactive Man 1, telling him it would cost $100 to buy. After leaving the convention, Bart repeatedly asked Homer for $100, but Homer refused. Determined to buy the comic, Bart started looking for ways to gather the money.

Bart searched around the house for loose change, cashed in bottles at the Kwik-E-Mart, and eventually traded his Bolivian coin collection for American money to help reach his goal.
