Benedict Timothy Carlton Cumberbatch (born July 19, 1976) is an English film, radio, television, and theater actor, best known by his role as Sherlock Holmes in the BBC series Sherlock. He voiced the Prime Minister of the UK and Severus Snape in the season 24 episode "Love Is a Many-Splintered Thing". He'll voice an aging Morrissey-type character in the upcoming episode "Panic in the Streets of Springfield".[1]
