City of the Future is a fictional ad first printed in Radioactive Man 80pg. 1.
Plot[edit]
In an advert from 1968, you are offered to buy a toy space station. What you get in the kit is:
- Plastic bowl (space dome)
- Pointy plastic thing (rocket)
- Brown marble (meteor)
- Cardboard tube (elevator tower)
- Yellow marble (satellite)
- Plastic square (launching pad)
- Another pointy plastic thing (space ship)
- Another brown marble (little planet)
- Another cardboard tube (space tunnel)
- Misshapen plastic pieces (space men)
- Shipping box (full-size space helmet)
- Bag of dirt (space dirt)
It also comes with a free spork.
