With Great Power... is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #86.
Synopsis[edit]
- "Bart and Milhouse seek out their own superheroic origin stories by attempting to acquire "accidental" superpowers. However, they soon discover that with trying to obtain great power comes great irresponsibility."
Plot[edit]
Bart and Milhouse are in Bart's treehouse, reading comic books. They decide to also become superheroes. They pay a visit to Professor Frink, where Bart "accidentally" pours an incomplete formula over Milhouse. It is actually hair growth formula, which turns out to work on Milhouse. This attempt to get Milhouse to become a superhero fails, so instead they try to get Milhouse hit by lightning, so he holds an umbrella when it thunders.
