Wild, Wild Bart is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #5.
Plot[edit]
It's the year 1872 and Bart is Sheriff. A drought has hit the town and Bart is certain that Dr. Ralph Braneless is the one behind it. Bart and Martimus (Martin) head to Vulcher's Gulch, as Ralph was last spotted there. They enter a saloon and are confronted by Nelson, Kearney and Dolph. Bart subdues them with dynamite bubblegum, but is hit over the head with a glass bottle by Jessica.
Bart wakes up chained to a waterwheel. Jessica reveals she is the one behind the evil scheme and got Ralph to build an electricity-producing waterwheel, which steals all of the town's water and will allow Jessica to create an "absurd" new invention; television. Nelson activates the wheel, with the water full of piranhas. Bart escapes by using an acid-shooting candy dispenser (hidden in his shoe) to break the chains. Jessica tries to escape on her horse, who is actually Martimus in disguise. Martimus and Bart capture Ralph and Jessica.
