'''Dot''' is a student at Cypress Creek Elementary School. She is in [[Bart Simpson|Bart's]] class, called "The Leg-Up Program," which is reserved for developmentally slow children. Not much is known about her, besides that she fell off of the jungle gym, and subsequently woke up inside the Leg-Up classroom. She is the only girl in the Leg-Up program, but she seems to get along fine with her classmates Gordy, Warren, Melvin, Gary, and of course, Bart.

Her voice bears a striking likeness to that of Ralph Wiggum.
