"Bart's Nightmare" is the forty-third Simpsons short. It aired on The Tracey Ullman Show on March 26, 1989.
Plot summary[edit]
Marge discovers the cookie jar is empty and tells Homer, so he asks Lisa and Maggie - who didn't eat all the cookies. The family goes to investigate who ate the cookie. It turns out Bart ate all the cookies and then he goes to bed and has a nightmare. It starts when ominious heads of Homer, Marge, Lisa, and Maggie appear and say quotes from The Shell Game.
