The Wind World is a theme park that Bart and Omar opened.
History
Bart wants to help Omar get more money so he can afford the TV, and they open the amusement park Wind World. The amusement park is becoming popular but as the wind increases in force begins the ferris wheel rotate faster and leave their arrangement and Bart and Omar is trapped at ferris wheel after the wheel crashed into the candy floss machine and is not stopping rotating until the middle of Westminster Bridge.
