The Eternal Struggle is a short film that Bart Simpson made for the Springfield Film Festival.
In the film, Bart first introduces himself (in Troy McClure style) as having previously made such films as Homer in the Shower and Homer on the Toilet. He then opens a door to reveal Homer struggling to pull his pants on. Homer suddenly realizes that the belt is still buckled and unbuckles it. However, this has no effect and the struggle continues.
