Ron Hauge is writer and producer with The Simpsons. In his earlier career Hauge was a contributor to National Lampoon and later wrote for Seinfeld, In Living Colour, The Ren & Stimpy Show, and a short lived reincarnation of The Carol Burnett Show. Hauge joined The Simpsons staff in the eighth season. He won an Emmy for writing "Homer's Phobia", which was his first episode.
