Marge's Extreme Make-Under is a comic story featured in Simpsons Comics #157.

Synopsis

Patty and Selma are humiliated when Channel 6 News announces that Springfield has been named the ugliest city in America, and Kent Brockman shows pictures of them to explain how the city earned the designation. Marge tries to console her sisters and they challenge her to walk a mile in their shoes. Marge takes them up on the challenge (getting her hair and wardrobe redone so she looks like Patty and Selma) and is shocked by the difference in how she's treated. Marge then starts a protest movement to stop discrimination against ugly people.

Kent Brockman reports that Springfield has been voted the ugliest city in America, the cause is probably the nuclear Power Plant being wrong, and the people who look like they escaped from an alien zoo, and he shows pictures of Patty and Selma.
